As consumers of the internet we need to pay attention to the corporate battles for competitive advantage and dominance in the market place between AOL, YAHOO & MICROSOFT.

This impacts consumers. Watch the quarterly losses or gains for each company, stock price, how low it falls and the purchase price. Who is leading the various companies - The Board of Directors, The Stockholders, CEO, consumers or employees?

When the dust settles perhaps the competition will be between Google and the winning organization.

What does this mean for consumers?
